Payment Information:

Payments are processed through Stripe, you may either use your credit card or debit card to complete the purchase. Payment is due upon purchase confirmation. Items will not be shipped until payment has been received by us. If payment has not been received by us, the order is automatically cancelled.

Shipping Information:

At SbR Copenhagen we use Postnord for shipping.

Estimated delivery time is 3-10 working days. During Campaigns, Sales, etc. shipping might be delayed. If we cannot deliver the products, or the products are delayed for other reasons, we will inform you within 14 days after your order.

For customers within Denmark:
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all purchases made by customers with a shipping address within Denmark. The package can either be delivered to a nearby Post Office or PakkeBoks, or to your address. You may choose between the two during checkout.

For customers outside Denmark:
For purchases below 2150 DKK shipping is 300 DKK and the item will be sent to your address. For purchases above 2150 DKK we offer FREE SHIPPING to your address.

NB: Customers outside of the EU are reminded that all prices are incl. Danish local tax, and that all customs duties and local VAT within your country will be paid by you. This may increase the total price, and by ordering from outside of the EU, you are accepting to pay for the customs duties and local VAT within your country.

If an item has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@sbrcopenhagen.com, and we will help you as quickly as possible.

Orders and Returns:

You may return or exchange products within 14 days after delivery. The 14 days interval begins when you have received your order. A return will not be initiated if you simply choose not to accept delivery, when the shipment arrives to your door or the Pakkeboks you have chosen. First, you have to provide us with a written explanation through email as to why you want to return it. Only after your return has been approved by us, will it be initiated. After the return has been initiated, you have 14 days to ship back the product/products. Once SbR Copenhagen has received your return, we will refund your payment within 14 days, however it may take more than 14 days, before you have received it, all depending on your bank. The payment will be returned through the same method of payment, with which the purchase was originally made, unless agreed upon another method.

The shipment is in your custody after our initial delivery. It is your duty to make sure the item/items are packed in correctly when you ship back to us. To make sure you have sent back the product/products on time, please keep a receipt of your shipment, and inform us as soon as you have sent it. All costs involved in shipping back the product/products to us will be at your expense.

We accept returns on a few conditions:

The return must be initiated within 14 days after delivery.
The item must not be damaged and must still be in the state in which it arrived, bearing all its tags.
A written explanation has to be provided, as to why the item is being returned.

Exchanging is possible, if you have purchased the item in the wrong color or size, or if you would like to exchange with another product of the same price. The exchange must however be initiated within 14 days after delivery, and is only possible if the item is still in the condition it arrived in.

If the item appears to be damaged or used when we receive it, or if any of its tags have been taken off, no exchange is possible. We will ship it back to you again.

When you are returning, if the item appears to be damaged or used when we receive it, or if any of its tags have been taken off, you may either lose your entire refund payment, or part of it.

SbR Copenhagen® offers a two year warranty on all online purchases.

Cancellation Policy:

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. An order can be cancelled before it has been shipped by us. If it has been shipped, it is too late for it to be cancelled.

As payments are processed through Stripe, your payment information is secured, and is only viewed by Stripe. No one other than Stripe will receive your payment information. Other personal information saved at our site will be secured and handled with full responsibility. Any stored personal information will not be sold by SbR Copenhagen, and is only stored for your shopping convenience. You may edit your personal information at any time. Our entire website is secured with an SSL certificate, which encrypts all incoming and outgoing data, and also all stored data. This prevents unwanted parties from accessing sensitive data.
